Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Property Executive (12-hours Night Shift) to join our facilities management team at Pulau Ubin.

The role is a 2-year contract with benefits, offering a night shift schedule from 7pm to 7am, 3/4 days on/off, and a salary of SGD 3,500 to 4,200 plus allowances. You will oversee FM services, coordinate maintenance, pest control, and reporting, with a diploma and at least 3 years of relevant experience; Class 3 driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Integrated Facilities Management is preferred.
• Possesses a valid Class 3 driving licence is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide facilities management services to client sites and ensure performance per contract.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, pest control, and horticulture via contractors.
• Conduct weekly cleaners meetings and inspections to achieve standards.
• Deliver IFM deliverables and meet KPIs.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, quotations, invoicing.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly reports.
