Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the performance of assigned Facilities Management contracts across multiple sites. You will drive operational excellence, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements while delivering high client satisfaction.

You will supervise cross-functional teams, manage budgets and procurement, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to continuously improve service quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Facilities Management (FM) with 5+ years in management over multiple sites/teams.
• Experience managing government-sector or large-scale Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contracts.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, statutory compliance, fire safety, and building services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall performance of FM contracts ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and client expectations.
• Lead multi-site facilities operations and ensure reliable maintenance and service delivery.
• Coach and develop site management teams to drive operational excellence and capability.
• Build and maintain client relationships through reviews, issue resolution, and service improvements.
• Oversee contractor and vendor performance with emphasis on safety, permits, and quality.
• Manage budgets, procurement, forecasting, lifecycle planning, and cost optimisation.
• Lead incident management, fire safety, risk management, statutory compliance, and performance reporting across all sites.
