Job summary

Surbana Jurong Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operation, maintenance and repair of building services and M&E systems, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and lifts.

You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with contractors, ensure compliance with WSH and Fire Safety Acts, prepare reports, and manage budgets. Diploma in engineering with 2–5 years’ FM experience required; CMMS and MS Office skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management, or related engineering discipline.
• 2-5 years of facilities management experience.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, preventive maintenance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing maintenance contractors and service providers.
• Familiarity with Singapore WSH Act and Fire Safety Act.
• Proficient in MS Office; CMMS is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance and repair of building services and M&E systems.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance works by contractors.
• Monitor contractors’ performance to ensure safe, timely completion.
• Attend to technical faults, complaints and emergencies with minimal disruption.
• Review maintenance reports and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate minor improvements and asset enhancements.
