Job summary

NTUC LEARNINGHUB PTE. LTD. seeks Trainers to design and deliver AI-focused training programs for professionals in the Built Environment and Facilities Management sector. You will conduct F2F or VLC sessions, contextualize content, and run hands-on workshops to reinforce learning.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in FM/Building Operations with AI experience and be able to translate complex concepts into practical lessons while aligning with SkillsFuture criteria and industry needs in Singapore.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or related fields with AI knowledge.
• Experience implementing or managing AI-driven solutions (predictive maintenance, IoT analytics, smart buildings).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical lessons.
• Familiarity with Singapore Built Environment landscape and stakeholders (BCA/JTC/government).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs focused on AI in Built Environment and FM sector.
• Deliver F2F or VLC training sessions for adult learners (PMETs).
• Contextualize latest information into course materials and conduct hands-on workshops.
• Review learner assignments and provide constructive feedback to meet objectives.
• Ensure training aligns with SkillsFuture frameworks and current industry needs.
