Job summary

Times Publishing Limited is seeking an IT training coordinator to deliver MOE-aligned IT courses to primary and secondary students and school staff. You will conduct STEM, Scratch, Microbit coding, photography and videography, and co-curricular activities using LMS and Google Workspace tools.

You will work part-time with flexible hourly paid arrangements, and training will be provided to support school IT initiatives and campus websites.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Multimedia/Information Technology/Computer Studies or related field.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and conduct IT based customized training for students and school staff according to MOE requirements.
• Provide software and partial technical assistance including LMS to students and school staff.
• Assist and update school website and intranet.
• Support school Head of IT in spearheading IT initiatives.
• Support other adhoc tasks as required by Head of IT and school management.
• Submit monthly performance report to school and company.
• Conduct STEM, Scratch and Microbit Coding, Photography and Videography Enrichment courses and CCA to Primary/Secondary students in MOE schools.
• Lead students to participate in competitions if required.
• Collaborate with Marshall Cavendish Education Trainers to meet school requirements.
• Handle other administrative matters as assigned.

• To provide software and partial technical assistance, including Learning Management System (LMS) to students and school staff.
• To assist and update school website and intranet.
• To support school Head of IT in spearheading IT initiatives.
• To support any other adhoc tasks as required by school Head of IT and/or school management.
• To submit monthly performance report to school and company.
• To conduct STEM, Scratch and Microbit Coding, Photography and Videography Enrichment courses and Co-curricular activities (CCA) to Primary / Secondary Students in MOE school.
• Lead students to participate in competition if required.
• Work closely with Marshall Cavendish Education Trainers to ensure that school requirements are met.
• Any other administrative matters related to the job as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Multimedia/Information Technology/Computer Studies or related field.
• Training will be provided.
• Possess basic photography, videography skills.
• Possess basic coding, graphic design, and animation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.
• To include registered MOE Instructor in CV.
