Qualifications

Job description

Key Responsibilities
ICT Training & Curriculum Delivery
  • Develop, review, and teach computer education modules to lower secondary students.
  • Train students in core Microsoft Office skills to prepare them for professional certification.
  • Teach foundational coding and robotics using Python, Swift (Swift Playgrounds), Micro:Bit, M5GO, and LEGO robotics kits.
  • Onboard and guide students on school learning management systems (Teams, OneNote) and Generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, NotebookLM).
Multimedia Production & Event Support
  • Provide full photography and videography support for institutional events and programs.
  • Design digital and print promotional materials, brochures, and event collaterals.
  • Administer and update the official school website using content management systems like Isomer.
  • Oversee the inventory and baseline maintenance of all photography and media equipment.
Co-Curricular & Creative Mentorship
  • Mentor and train Infocomm Club students in digital animation, video production, and graphic design.
  • Run creative Makerspace activities, including 3D printing and Cricut-based craft design.
  • Coordinate and coach students for external multimedia, coding, and technology competitions.
Working Hours & Schedule
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Includes a 1-hour lunch break).
  • Fridays: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Includes a 1-hour lunch break).
  • Rest Days: No weekend or public holiday deployments required.
Job Requirements
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on knowledge of Python, block-based coding, video editors (Canva, CapCut), and website CMS tools.
  • Core Skills: Proven experience in classroom pedagogy, engagement strategies, and student classroom management.
  • Experience: Prior experience conducting ICT training or multimedia design within a Singapore public school environment is highly advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent presentation, communication, and collaboration skills to interact effectively with students and school staff.
