Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Pre-sales Support Engineer (ITE Standard) to assist with technical information and solutions for projects.

You will conduct product demonstrations, apply IT and networking knowledge, manage interconnection between our platform and partner systems, and provide technical consultation during pre-sales and implementation. Salary SGD 2,500–3,000 monthly plus OT; work schedule Mon-Fri with alternate Saturday.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Engineering / Infocomm Technology (ICT) / Electronics Engineering is required.
• Training provided is included.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects.
• Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions.
• Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems.
• Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases.
