Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Pre-sales Support Engineer (ITE Standard) in Singapore to assist with technical information, solutions for projects, and compelling demonstrations.

You will apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate integration with partner systems during pre-sales and implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Diploma required in IT/ Computer Engineering/ ICT or Electronics Engineering.
• Training provided upon joining.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects.
• Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions.
• Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems.
• Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases.
