Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an ICT Operations Support Engineer in Singapore to manage day-to-day ICT environment administration, service requests, and vendor coordination. You will administer Microsoft 365, onboard/offboard users, manage licenses and security groups, and support workplace technology services.

The role emphasizes governance, audit readiness, and compliance within a government ICT context, with exposure to asset management and service improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT administration, service management, or infrastructure support.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.

Responsibilities

• Raise, track, and manage ICT service requests, incidents, and operational support activities.
• Coordinate with government agencies, managed service providers, and vendors to fulfil requests within SLAs.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune) and support user onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage user accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, licenses, and security groups; coordinate endpoint provisioning and workplace tech support.
• Monitor vendor performance against SLAs/KPIs and review service reports for acceptance.
• Support ICT governance, audit, risk management, and cybersecurity activities; conduct access reviews and compliance exercises.
• Maintain ICT asset inventory and software license records; assist in incident/problem management and reporting.
