Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking an ICT Operations & Administration Executive to support ICT operations, Microsoft 365 administration, service delivery management, and user support activities.

You will manage ICT service requests, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliant governance and asset management while helping users onboard and access resources. The role offers exposure to enterprise ITSM practices in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on IT operations and administration experience.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT service requests, incidents, and operational support activities.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Support user onboarding, offboarding, access management, and endpoint provisioning.
• Coordinate with vendors, and managed service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance, review service reports, and participate in service review meetings.
• Support ICT governance, cybersecurity, audit, risk management, and compliance activities.
• Maintain ICT asset inventory, software licence records, and operational documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT operations, IT administration, service management, or infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and workplace technologies.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and tools.
• Experience working with vendors and managed service providers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Singapore Government ICT environment.
• Familiarity with WOG ICT processes, governance, and support models.
• Experience using ITSM Portal, SGMail Administration Portal, and EUSS Portal.
• Knowledge of user provisioning, access management, email administration, and workplace technology services.
