Job summary

WSH Experts Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an ICT support specialist to manage devices, provide user help, and support school ICT needs during lessons and events.

You will coordinate with the HOD ICT and Desktop Engineers, assist with audiovisual setups, and deliver training on Microsoft and Google tools to students and staff. The role also covers ALP equipment handling and production of audio/video when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide management of ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and gadgets under the purview of the ICT department.
• Provide technical and applications support for users.
• Maintain and handle school shared ICT devices; deliver and set up ICT devices and resources at requested rooms or areas.
• Assist school leaders, management, and teachers with ICT-related tasks.
• Support and report to the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, and ICT Manager.
• Support and work in tandem with Desktop Engineers deployed in schools.
• Assist in audio, projector, and notebook setup during school programmes and events.
• Assist in audio and video production when necessary.
• Provide technical support during school hours for non-SSOE devices and ALP equipment/resources; include testing, counting, reviewing, disposal/purchase recommendations.
• Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons covering Microsoft and Google applications, as well as ICT-related training for students.

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Duties and Responsibilities

1.1 Device Management

Provide management of ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and

gadgets under the purview of the ICT department.

1.2 Technical and Applications Support

Provide technical and applications support for users.

1.3 Shared ICT Device Management

Maintain and handle school shared ICT devices. Deliver and set up

ICT devices and resources at requested rooms or areas.

1.4 ICT Task Assistance

Assist school leaders, management, and teachers with ICT-related

tasks.

1.5 Reporting Structure

Support and report to the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, and ICT

Manager.

1.6 Collaboration with Desktop Engineers

Support and work in tandem with Desktop Engineers (DE) deployed

in schools.

1.7 Audio-Visual Setup for School Events

Assist in audio, projector, and notebook setup during school

programmes and events, including but not limited to Chinese New

Year celebration, Hari Raya celebration, Grad Night, Education &

Career Guidance, National Day celebrations, Teachers' Day,

Children's Day, and Founder's Day.

1.8 Audio and Video Production

Assist in audio and video production when necessary.

1.9 Technical Support for Non-SSOE Devices and ALP

ICT/Robotics Equipment and Resources

Provide technical support during school hours for non-SSOE devices. This includes:

• Testing, counting, and reviewing Applied Learning Programme (ALP) equipment and resources; identifying items for disposal and purchase; and updating the HOD ICT accordingly.
• Charging and packing ALP equipment and resources before the commencement of each ALP cycle.

1.10 ICT Training

Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons covering

Microsoft applications and Google applications, as well as ICT-

related and video-related training for students.
