Job summary

FUTUREX TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. seeks an ICT Executive to support schools with device management, technical helpdesk, and AV setup for events, ensuring smooth ICT operations during lessons and functions.

The role involves assisting in digital literacy lessons, coordinating with the ICT team, and providing hands-on support for classroom technology and media production as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field is required.
• Experience as ICT Executive or similar role in local schools is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is expected.

Responsibilities

• Device management: manage ICT devices, equipment, peripherals and gadgets under ICT.
• Provide technical and applications support for users.
• Maintain and handle school shared ICT devices and deliver/set up devices and resources in rooms/areas.
• Assist school leaders, management and teachers with ICT-related tasks.
• Support the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT and ICT Manager; report to them.
• Collaborate with Desktop Engineers deployed in schools for joint tasks.
• Assist in audio-visual setup for school events (e.g., Grad Night, National Day, Teachers' Day).
• Assist in audio and video production as needed.

Scope of Services

The Services required are set out as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities

Device Management

Providemanagement of ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and gadgetsunder the purview of the ICT department.

Technical and Applications Support

Providetechnical and applications support for users.

Shared ICT Device Management

Maintain andhandle school shared ICT devices. Deliver and set up ICT devicesand resources at requested rooms or areas.

ICT Task Assistance

Assistschool leaders, management, and teachers with ICT-related tasks.

Reporting Structure

Support andreport to the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, and ICT Manager.

Collaboration with Desktop Engineers

Support andwork in tandem with Desktop Engineers (DE) deployed in schools.

Audio-Visual Setup for School Events

Assist inaudio, projector, and notebook setup during school programmesand events, including but not limited to Chinese New Yearcelebration, Hari Raya celebration, Grad Night, Education & CareerGuidance, National Day celebrations, Teachers' Day, Children'sDay, and Founder's Day.

Audio and Video Production

Assist inaudio and video production when necessary.

Technical Support for Non-SSOE Devices and ALP

ICT/RoboticsEquipment and Resources

Providetechnical support during school hours for non-SSOE devices.This includes:

Testing, counting, and reviewing Applied LearningProgramme (ALP) equipment and resources; identifying items for disposal andpurchase; and updating the HOD ICT accordingly.

Charging and packing ALP equipment and resourcesbefore the commencement of each ALP cycle.

ICT Training

ConductDigital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons covering Microsoftapplications and Google applications, as well as ICT- related andvideo-related training for students.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel should have the following qualifications and experience:

• Minimally possess a Diploma in any field
• Experience as ICT Executive or equivalent role in local school(s)

The personnel should preferably have the following skills and experience:

• Possess working knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Possess working knowledge in Google Workspace
• Experience in Audio-Visual (AV) related setup and production
• Experience in audio, video and media production for school events
• Experience in video editing software and application
• Experience in inventory tracking is preferred
• Experience in conducting Digital Literacy and Technological skills lessons (Microsoft applications and google applications), ICT related trainings to students in Primary School(s)

• Knowledge in troubleshooting and technical support of ICT device
