Job summary

One World International School invites applications for a dedicated counsellor to support students with educational, emotional, physical and behavioural needs. You will run the Behavioural Counselling Program on campus and provide individualized guidance to students, families and teachers.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education with Counselling qualifications (certification preferred) and at least two years’ experience in an international school, with strong IB/IGCSE

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education and qualifications in Counselling (certification preferred).
Minimum two years of international school experience (preferred).
Knowledge of IB/IGCSE curricula and integration of learning.

Responsibilities

Provide support to students with educational, emotional, physical and behavioural challenges.
Conduct the Behavioural Counselling Program on campus.
Advise and provide individualized support to students with educational, emotional, physical and behavioural challenges.
Maintain consultation records and documentations; provide resources to parents.
Provide feedback to supervisor and campus administration on effectiveness and trends.
Work closely with form teachers to identify students needing additional support and communicate with parents.
