Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Platform Operations Engineer to design, implement, operate and improve IAM capabilities across government and partner organisations. You will work with Microsoft identity technologies, automation, and platform CI/CD, applying DevSecOps to ensure secure, reliable identity services.

This role involves collaboration with government agencies and vendors, incident response, and continuous improvement of Whole-of-Government identity platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering or related field or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in IAM, platform engineering or automation.
• Experience with directory and identity services such as Active Directory, LDAP, AD FS and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect; Kerberos knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in scripting/automation using PowerShell, Python or similar.
• Experience using Microsoft Graph API for identity management/automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and maintain IAM solutions across the organisation.
• Support delivery, operation and continuous improvement of Whole-of-Government identity solutions.
• Configure and manage identity brokering and federation products focusing on Microsoft ecosystem.
• Implement and manage authentication and authorisation protocols (Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Use Microsoft Graph API to support identity administration, integration and automation.
• Ensure security, resilience, governance and compliance of identity platform.
• Develop and maintain scripts and automation to reduce manual toil.
• Build and maintain platform and deployment automation with CI/CD practices.
• Apply DevSecOps principles to platform, identity and security automation.
• Support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve IAM issues.
• Contribute to monitoring, testing, change management and operational readiness.
