Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a skilled Platform Operations Engineer to ensure platform reliability, optimize performance and support seamless government identity services. The role is based in Singapore with work from office arrangements.

You will design and maintain IAM solutions, implement authentication protocols, automate operations, and collaborate with government agencies and partners to deliver outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in IAM, platform engineering, automation or related field.
• Experience with directory and identity services such as Active Directory, LDAP, AD FS and Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and maintain IAM solutions across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain scripts, tools and automation to reduce operational toil and automate repetitive tasks.
• Build and maintain platform deployment automation using scripting, configuration management and CI/CD practices.
• Apply DevSecOps principles to platform, identity and security automation.
• Support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot incidents and resolve IAM and platform issues.
• Contribute to monitoring, documentation, testing, change management and operational readiness.
