Job summary

SCIENTEC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced IAM engineer to design, configure and maintain identity and access management solutions across enterprise environments.

You will manage Active Directory, AD FS, PKI and Microsoft Entra ID; implement authentication and authorization using SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect; and develop automation with PowerShell and Python to improve operational efficiency, governance and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IAM, platform engineering or automation.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, AD FS and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of identity governance, access management and security compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain IAM and identity federation solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, AD FS, PKI and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Implement authentication and authorisation protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Kerberos.
• Use Microsoft Graph API for identity administration, integration and automation.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python and CI/CD practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot IAM, federation and platform-related incidents.
• Support security, governance, compliance, monitoring and change management activities.
