Job summary

Housing and Development Board is seeking an Identity & AI Security Specialist to strengthen identity security and enable secure Generative AI adoption across on‑prem and cloud environments.

You will design, implement and operate IAM, IGA, PAM, MFA, SSO and related controls, while coordinating with system owners, governance and vendors. Strong communication of risks and practical remediation is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or engineering.
• At least 3 years in identity security or security architecture.
• Experience with enterprise identity platforms and underlying infrastructure.
• Understanding Zero Trust, least privilege, and privileged access.
• Knowledge of AD/Entra ID, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Shape identity and AI security by reviewing policies and control requirements.
• Assess and reduce risk by identifying gaps and recommending remediation measures.
• Engineer identity controls—design, implement IAM/IGA/PAM/PIM, MFA, SSO, and access governance.
• Govern the identity lifecycle with privilege/account onboarding and credential rotation.
• Secure AI use cases by defining controls for agent authentication and data access.
• Maintain identity and AI security infrastructure, monitor health, patch and harden systems.
• Deliver secure and resilient solutions through design, testing, deployment and handover.
• Automate and integrate via scripts, API integrations and workflows.
• Operate and respond by monitoring security posture and performing root-cause analysis.
• Support assurance with documentation, procedures and audit evidence.
• Communicate outcomes with clear risk analyses and management reports.
