Job summary

GIC is seeking a Security Engineering Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise-wide security platforms across IAM, encryption and data protection. You will build and lead high-performing teams, aligning security strategy with business goals and enabling a zero-trust vision.

You will oversee domains including endpoint protection, email security, vulnerability management, SIEM/XDR/SOAR, threat intelligence, malware forensics, network security, DLP, data protection, archiving, software

Qualifications

• 18+ years in cybersecurity or infrastructure.
• 8+ years leading security engineering teams.
• Proven experience with IAM, PKI and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and lead security engineering across identity and access management, encryption and data protection.
• Drive threat prioritization, root cause analysis and cross-team remediation.
• Oversee end-to-end security platforms (endpoint, network, email, data protection).
• Lead enterprise security transformations from strategy to delivery.
• Collaborate with Cyber Defence, Governance and Risk and other tech teams.
