FEIYU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a game designer to craft engaging IAA casual games for mobile platforms in Singapore. You will shape core gameplay loops, pacing, progression and balancing to captivate players and boost retention.

You will analyze markets, study successful titles, and design monetization through rewarded videos and interstitial ads while collaborating with developers, artists, and operations to meet milestones on schedule.

Qualifications

• Passionate about games with broad casual game exposure.
• Strong understanding of IAA games, monetization logic, and product design.
• Creative and analytical, with ability to turn ideas into executable game design proposals.
• Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced teams.
• Previous experience in IAA, hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or related projects preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong gaming passion and good product thinking are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement gameplay for IAA casual games, including core gameplay loops, level pacing, progression systems, and game balancing.
• Conduct market research on IAA games and analyze successful titles, including mechanics, ad strategies, monetization, and engagement design.
• Design and optimize rewarded video, interstitial, and other in-game advertising scenarios balancing player experience with monetization.
• Monitor post-launch product performance and iterate gameplay and monetization design based on data insights.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, and operations teams to ensure design requirements are implemented and milestones hit on schedule.
