Job description

Responsibilities:

• 1.Develop and iterate IAA casual game clients using Unity, covering gameplay logic, UI interactions, advertising flows, and other core game modules.
• 2.Integrate global advertising SDKs and attribution tools, and work closely with user acquisition and operations teams to support monetization optimization.
• 3.Handle app size optimization, multilingual localization, and compatibility across different devices and global markets.
• 4.Support rapid builds, releases, and version iterations according to user acquisition and publishing requirements.
• 5.Participate in technical solution design and continuously improve development workflows, engineering quality, and development efficiency.
• 6.Explore and apply AI tools in daily development workflows to improve productivity, development quality, and iteration speed.

Qualifications:

• 1.Strong proficiency in C# and the Unity engine, with solid programming fundamentals and good coding practices.
• 2.Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with curiosity and enthusiasm for technical research and exploration.
• 3.Open to AI and new technologies, and proactive in applying AI tools to improve development efficiency.
• 4.Highly self-driven, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration and multiple projects.
• 5.Experience developing IAA, hyper-casual, hybrid-casual, or other mobile games for global markets is preferred.
