AirTrunk, Asia Pacific & Middle East’s leading hyperscale data centre company, seeks an Associate Vice President, Commercial in Singapore. You will lead commercial models, negotiate with hyperscale customers, and build strategic relationships with investors and senior leaders to drive large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience negotiating customer contracts or real estate with strong influencing skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers in a commercial context.
• Solid understanding of the data centre sector and/or commercial real estate.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to simplify and solve complex business issues with diverse stakeholders.
• Organised, adaptable and capable of leading projects across jurisdictions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial parameter setting for customer opportunities (colocation, built-to-suit, or alternative structures).
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Customer Solutions to negotiate and implement commercial proposals with hyperscale customers.
• Develop strategic relationships with C-suite and senior leadership to support execution of commercial opportunities.
• Identify and manage commercial opportunities with partners to develop large scale projects (real estate, renewables, energy).
• Help lead market expansion initiatives, including new market entry activities across greenfield, JVs, and co-investment.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality responses and meet customer expectations.
• Lead market intelligence efforts and share insights with stakeholders and investors.
• Manage a high-performing team (all based in Singapore).
• Attend industry events and report on competition, customer trends, and market developments.
