Job summary

Digital Edge (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery for hyperscale data center customers.

You will coordinate across construction, design, and operations to ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments from contract signing through RFS. The role requires deep experience in data center infrastructure, strong stakeholder management, and proven ability to drive projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in end-to-end project delivery in critical operating environments (data centers preferred).
• Experience delivering data center infrastructure and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer-facing delivery owner from contract to Ready for Service (RFS).
• Coordinate with construction, design, and operations teams to align delivery with customer requirements.
• Develop delivery programmes and track milestones across projects.
• Manage customer change requests, risks, and escalations to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee handover of facilities to customers and enable smooth BAU transition.
