Job summary

Digital Edge in Singapore seeks an experienced Customer Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of hyperscale customer projects. You will coordinate with construction, design, and operations to ensure alignment with contractual commitments and delivery milestones, while maintaining strong customer relationships and governance.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in delivery leadership, with experience in data center environments, hyperscale customers, and a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading end-to-end project delivery in critical environments (Data Center preferred).
• Experience making delivery and commercial decisions balancing schedule, cost and technical trade-offs.
• Experience with hyperscale or large enterprise customers in data centre, cloud, or IT services.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customers during project delivery, ensuring alignment to commitments and milestones.
• Coordinate with design, construction and operations to align customer requirements with delivery execution.
• Develop and manage delivery programmes and track progress against milestones.
• Manage customer change requests, assessing cost and schedule impact.
• Own handover of facility to customer during RFS and enable smooth BAU transition.
