Job summary

JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Assembly Technician to assemble, integrate, test and troubleshoot precision automation equipment and mechatronic systems.

The role collaborates with Engineering and Production teams to ensure builds meet customer specifications. The successful candidate will perform mechanical/electrical assembly, module integration, and functional testing across projects, with opportunities to travel locally or overseas for site installations and

Qualifications

• ITE/ Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on equipment or machine assembly experience.
• Experience in automation equipment, semiconductor equipment, or precision machinery.
• Able to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components of precision automation equipment.
• Integrate modules and align motion components.
• Perform functional testing and diagnose issues.
• Support Engineers during prototyping and NPI.
• Travel to customer sites for installation and service.
• Maintain quality and safety records, follow 5S/ESD procedures.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist in training.
