Job summary

ST Engineering Land Systems Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an entry- to mid-level technician to assemble, test, calibrate, and service auto-mechanical/electrical/electronic subsystems and robotic equipment.

Responsibilities include functional checks, fault analysis, and troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical controls. The role prefers NITEC qualifications with hands-on experience and a willingness to travel overseas.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of NITEC in Mechatronics/Electronics/ Electrical/Robotics & Smart Systems or related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in automotive or relevant industrial experience will also be considered
• Perform troubleshooting and fault analysis on Hydraulic/Pneumatic/Electronics/Electrical systems
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic circuit
• Able to perform analytical and diagnostics with measuring equipment like Digital Meter & Scope
• Advantage with class 3 driving licence
• Willing to travel overseas
• Entry level applicants are welcome

Responsibilities

• Integrate and install auto-mechanical/ electrical/ electronic subcomponents /robot/equipment according to process instructions
• Carry out calibration/acceptance test on sub-systems/robot/vehicle/equipment according to process instructions
• Perform functional checks, setting, testing, fault finding and failure analysis
• Service and troubleshoot of Auto-mechanical / Electronics / Electrical control system
