WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations and Logistics Coordinator in a hybrid role. You will split time between physical warehouse duties and operational coordination/administration, focusing on accurate order processing, proper packing, and timely dispatch. Experience in e-commerce environments is highly preferred and you will liaise with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Formación

• Hands-on warehouse experience with stock handling and packing
• Experience coordinating orders and shipments in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with shipping documents and basic warehousing processes

Responsabilidades

• Carry out physical warehouse duties including picking, packing, sorting and stock arrangement
• Coordinate customer orders, ensure accurate packing per requirements and timely dispatch
• Arrange outbound shipments and liaise with logistics providers for on-time delivery
• Prepare and maintain delivery orders, invoices and other shipping documents
• Communicate with internal teams, customers and external transport partners
• Monitor stock levels and assist with routine inventory checks and replenishment requests
• Ensure outgoing packages are correctly labeled, packed securely and documented
• Support general warehouse administration and other tasks as assigned by management
