Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse support associate in Singapore to assist with receiving, storing, and distributing goods and maintaining accurate inventory records.

The role involves preparing shipping documents, coordinating with freight forwarders, and ensuring timely order fulfillment within SOPs. You will respond to customer inquiries, provide shipment updates, and help maintain safety standards and housekeeping across the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export paperwork in line with SOPs.
• Coordinate shipment clearance, transportation, and delivery with customers and logistics partners.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on shipment status.
• Process shipment invoices upon completion of orders.
• Work with the warehouse supervisor and other departments to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory records, conduct stock checks, and report discrepancies.
• Monitor KPIs and service standards to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain workplace housekeeping and comply with safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
