Job summary

Visa Technology Management in the Operations and Infrastructure group seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large, complex end-to-end IT initiatives across compute, storage, network, and application layers, delivering new features and services globally.

You will collaborate with Product, Product Development, and Infrastructure Engineering, promoting lean and agile practices. Visa requires at least 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree.
• Work experience in Program Management.
• Strong understanding of program management concepts and methodologies.
• Experience with infrastructure projects for high availability and high-volume services using lean/agile approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex end-to-end IT programs from conception to delivery.
• Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams to drive initiatives.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget execution with high-quality results.
