Qualifications

10+ years in program or project management within payments/fintech or technology environments.
Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs including product launches or market expansions.
Strong understanding of payments ecosystems; VisaNet knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple workstreams for Tech Partnership clients.
Drive GTM initiatives, product launches, platform integrations and market expansions.
Develop comprehensive program plans with timelines, risk registers, and stakeholder communications.
Serve as SPOC for delivery engagements and translate client objectives into executable plans.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Risk, Treasury and Client Services to align goals.
