Job summary

Visa is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a group of program managers and oversee large end-to-end IT initiatives within the Operations and Infrastructure group. The role focuses on growth, resilience, and delivering new payment solutions to customers globally.

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams across time zones, guiding planning, design, and delivery of high-volume, resilient platforms while upholding quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in program management or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of cross-functional groups (Product, Engineering, Architecture) to formalize program infrastructure.
• End-to-end program management of multiple IT initiatives across Visa's technology and product groups.
• Manage scope, estimates, budgets and schedules, mitigating risks to milestones and deliverables.
• Drive effective meetings and decision-making with stakeholders across time zones.
