LINKZ SEARCH ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for our client. You will own the hiring process from job advertisement through to salary offer management, working closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and secure the right talent in a timely manner.

The role requires 2–4 years of recruiting experience, in-house or agency, with strong stakeholder management. We offer a 1-year contract and hybrid working arrangements in Singapore.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2 to 4 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Experience handling full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiation.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Well organised, able to manage multiple vacancies and tight deadlines.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Able to start at short notice.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, post and refresh job advertisements on job portals, the company career page and social media.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, talent databases, referrals and other channels.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for recurring roles.
• Conduct prescreens to assess experience, motivation, availability, salary expectations and notice period.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and present concise candidate summaries to hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including multi-round and panel interviews.
• Prepare interview materials such as CVs, interview guides and assessment forms.
• Collect and consolidate interviewer feedback and support hiring decisions.
• Prepare salary offer recommendations in line with internal grading, budget and market benchmarks.
• Obtain the necessary approvals and negotiate terms with candidates.
• Issue offer letters and employment contracts, and follow up until acceptance.
• Manage notice period and resignation timelines, and keep in touch with candidates until onboarding.
• Handover successful candidates to HR operations for onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
• Report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate and pipeline status.
• Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policy, fair hiring practices and applicable employment and data protection regulations.
