EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is assisting a Logistics 3PL MNC in recruiting a Shipping Assistant in Singapore. The role involves coordinating end-to-end shipping and logistics, with a 50% desk-based and 50% warehouse mix.

Salary ranges SGD 2,000–2,500 plus a performance bonus, with Monday–Friday work hours and permanent employment direct with the client. Responsibilities include handling shipping functions, document preparation, and coordination with customers, freight forwarders,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in logistics/warehouse is preferred.
• Computer literacy and ability to use basic warehouse systems.
• Able to lift 10–15 kg and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Desk/warehouse role mix (50/50) as described in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Perform all shipping functions and update the shipping database.
• Coordinate shipment scheduling and document preparation.
• Handle import/export shipments and documents (DO, B/L, invoices).
• Liaise with customers and 3PL for planning and execution.
• Liaise with carriers/forwarders for outbound shipments.
• Arrange shipments with couriers (FedEx, DHL, TNT).
• Prepare SAP-generated invoices, packing lists, LC as applicable.
