Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is seeking a Messaging & Collaboration Engineer with deep expertise in SharePoint and SQL Server administration to deliver secure, scalable collaboration services across on-premises, hybrid, and Microsoft 365 environments in Singapore. You will manage SharePoint forms and site collections, administer SQL Server, and automate tasks with PowerShell while enforcing governance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications related to Microsoft 365, Azure, or SQL Server are advantageous.
• 6+ years of experience managing enterprise SharePoint and SQL Server environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SharePoint forms and site collections; perform patching and lifecycle management.
• Administer SQL Server environments; monitor performance and implement HA/DR strategies.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine tasks and reporting.
• Implement governance, least-privilege access, and security/compliance controls.
• Provide monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotations.
