Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Project Engineer to drive end-to-end CBS project delivery for pumping solutions in buildings worldwide. You will manage scope, schedule, budget and quality while coordinating with sales, engineering and installation teams to meet customer requirements.

The role emphasizes safety, risk management and continuous process improvement. A Bachelor’s degree in building services and 3+ years of related experience are preferred, with BIM tools experience valued.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented project professional with strong technical acumen in building services.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, scheduling and cost control.
• Commitment to safety compliance and risk management on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of CBS projects from kick-off through commissioning and handover.
• Demonstrate world-class Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards across all project activities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and quality while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and installation teams to develop technical solutions meeting customer requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, progress reports and technical submittals.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and share lessons learned across the team.
