Job summary

ScienTec Consulting is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive digital transformation projects for Singapore Government agencies. You will define the product strategy, lead Agile SDLC, and deliver end-user solutions with direct business impact in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, at least 4 years of product management experience, strong Agile expertise, and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of product management experience.
• Strong experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong communicator and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for site products.
• Drive product vision alignment with site transformation goals and workforce planning objectives.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across agencies to ensure product strategy supports overall site objectives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile, user-centred development environment with rapid iteration cycles.
• Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices in product development.
• Establish product governance frameworks and development best practices.
