Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Pre-Sales Solution Architect in Singapore. You will guide customers in designing and deploying scalable MongoDB-based solutions, aligning technical designs with business outcomes, and partnering with sales to drive deals.

You will communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders in English and Thai, while traveling up to 50% to support customers across regions.

Qualifications

• 8–11 years in a customer-facing role with enterprise software.
• Minimum 3 years of pre-sales experience guiding customers.
• At least 3 years with scripting languages or programming languages.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Able to articulate complex technical and business concepts to leadership.
• Strong sales collaboration and multi-account strategy skills.
• Proficient in English and Thai; Singapore-based with 50% travel.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, performant architectures for MongoDB deployments.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies.
• Partner with sales to shape account plans and drive pipeline.
• Generate demand through technical initiatives and events.
• Build champions and ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Mentor other Solutions Consulting team members and stay current.
