AlwaysHired Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR Generalist with payroll experience to drive the full lifecycle of HR operations. You will manage payroll, employee records, onboarding, and offboarding while protecting confidentiality and delivering excellent service.

The role combines hands-on payroll processing with stakeholder collaboration, HR reporting, and compliance with the Singapore Employment Act.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience with hands-on payroll.
• Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Administer benefits, leave, claims, and attendance.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR letters.
• Coordinate recruitment and interview scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with Employment Act.
• Respond to payroll and HR policy inquiries.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain databases.
• Assist HR initiatives and engagement activities.
