Job summary

TeamCPF is seeking an Operations/Implementation Specialist in Singapore to drive process improvements and operational efficiency. You will analyse existing processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and implement streamlined workflows that reduce costs and boost productivity.

You will lead a team of operations professionals, champion new tools, and work with IT to develop automated solutions. The role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement and opportunities for growth within CPF

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership abilities through academic, extracurricular, or work experiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyse existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined processes that enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Continuously monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, making necessary adjustments as needed.
• Identify opportunities for automation and technology integration across various operational functions.
• Work closely with IT and technology teams to develop and implement automated solutions that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
• Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure optimal team performance and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features, functionalities, and user requirements.
• Contribute insights from an operations perspective to influence product design and development, ensuring seamless implementation and user satisfaction.
• Assist in defining product roadmaps, release schedules, and feature prioritisation based on operational considerations.
