Job summary

FIRST is seeking a Space & Service Coordinator to deliver exceptional on-site service at a major tech campus. You will oversee facilities logistics, coordinate event spaces, and work with Event Managers to ensure seamless delivery for multiple simultaneous events.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in events or facilities support, strong English communication, and a calm, organized approach to handling high-volume workloads within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in event coordination or facilities support.
• Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple campus event requests and allocate rooms to optimize space.
• Assign Event Managers and Service Specialists to digital and physical requests.
• Manage centralized intake queue for all events in the region.
• Ensure calendar accuracy and up-to-date information for meetings.
• Gather information required for approvals and maintain communications.
• Monitor room usage and availability to maximize revenue and satisfaction.
• Audit spaces and communicate with Event Leads and Managers.
• Contribute to reports on event volume and capacity.
• Seek improvements to intake processes and workflows.
