Job summary

GovTech Singapore is seeking a Lead Designer embedded within the Attorney-General’s Chambers to shape a coherent digital experience across legislation, case management and the One Corporate Service portal.

You will identify opportunities to simplify end-to-end journeys, promote reuse of design patterns and preserve specialist workflows, while guiding cross‑product experience direction and design system development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the design of complex enterprise products or services across multiple teams.
• Strong capabilities in user research, service design, information architecture, interaction design and visual design.
• Experience establishing or evolving design systems and driving reuse across product teams.
• Experience designing workflow, case management, document management or enterprise service platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools, with clear engineering handover practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the cross-product experience direction. Establish shared vision and principles across three product areas.
• Lead discovery with specialist users: interviews, workshops and usability testing to prioritise problems.
• Design end-to-end services, mapping journeys including cross-division handoffs and approvals.
• Lead priority journeys from concept to delivery with flows, prototypes and interface designs.
• Lead the development of a shared design system with reusable components and accessibility standards.
• Use evidence to guide decisions with research, measures and product data.
