Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Windows-based systems administration experience.
• Windows Server 2019 experience.
• Strong Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP knowledge.
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with monitoring and systems management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• MCSE or MCSA or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Windows-based infrastructure.
• Monitor health, performance, and security of Windows systems.
• Administer AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
• Configure Nutanix virtualization platforms.
• Manage Windows servers and services like IIS, SQL Server, Exchange 2019, Skype 2019.
• Collaborate with teams to support enterprise solutions.
• Apply updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Document system configurations and processes.
• Provide level 2/3 support for Windows issues.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
