Job summary

A global non-profit organization is seeking an Employer Engagement and Placements Intern in Singapore. You'll support the Employer Partnerships team by connecting graduates with job opportunities, and gain experience in recruitment analytics and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and aligned with our mission to transform education to employment systems. This hybrid internship lasts for 6 months, with a preference for full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a diploma or undergraduate programme (open to all disciplines).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Excel is a strong advantage.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
• Comfortable using social media platforms like LinkedIn professionally.

Responsibilities

• Scrape job leads and coordinate job-sharing initiatives.
• Conduct targeted outreach to new employer partners.
• Assist in coordination and logistics for employer engagement events.
• Clean and organise key databases for employers and candidates.
• Create and update materials needed for employability events.
