Job summary

Mercer Careers in Singapore is seeking a Global Mobility Consultant / Senior Analyst to lead client accounts and manage end-to-end mobility portfolios in our Singapore office.

You will provide strategic advice on global mobility policy, assignment costings, expatriate management, and will lead complex mobility projects, collaborating with regional teams to expand Mercer’s mobility offerings.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in global mobility or related consulting/industry roles.
• Strong knowledge of expatriate management including tax, immigration/relocation, costings, packages.

Responsibilities

• Lead client accounts and manage end-to-end portfolio.
• Provide strategic mobility advice on policy, costings, and expatriate management.
• Lead and deliver mobility projects including program design and policy reviews.
• Collaborate with regional teams to expand mobility offerings in Singapore.
• Coach and mentor analysts in the mobility team.
• Cross-sell mobility products to clients and participate in regional initiatives.
