New Century Recycling in Singapore seeks a meticulous Shipping & Admin Executive to manage export shipments, documentation, permits and payments from our yard to overseas customers. You will book containers, coordinate with freight forwarders, maintain shipment records and ensure timely, accurate documentation throughout the end-to-end export process.

Working with the founder, you will gain valuable exposure to international trade operations, with a hybrid work arrangement after a 3‑month

Competenze

At least 2 years of experience in export shipping documentation or freight forwarding.
Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Well-organised and able to work independently while managing multiple shipments and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and comfortable learning new software.
Good written and spoken English.

Mansioni

Export Shipping & Documentation: prepare export documents, packing lists, weighing lists; coordinate container bookings and track ETD/ETA/VGM; verify Bills of Lading.
Shipment Compliance & Record-Keeping: maintain Basel Convention export docs; keep permits, weights, container/seal numbers and photos; verify consistency across documents.
General Administration: support day-to-day administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties.
