Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an Advisory Systems Engineer in Singapore to lead presales activities for hybrid cloud solutions. You will translate business objectives into secure, scalable architectures using Dell Private Cloud, VxRail, Kubernetes, and related technologies.

Collaborating with account teams and partners, you’ll drive discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proofs of concept while mentoring colleagues and shaping competitive strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering or related experience.
• 5+ years in technology presales or solutions consulting.
• Experience with Kubernetes, hyperscaler clouds, and hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise customers and cross-functional sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery workshops to understand environments, objectives, workloads, and transformation priorities.
• Design secure, scalable hybrid-cloud, private-cloud, HCI, and Kubernetes solutions.
• Develop competitive positioning, RFI/RFP responses, and technical evaluations.
• Mentor less experienced team members on cloud platforms and presales practices.
