Job summary

MOTORIST PTE. LTD. is seeking an Automotive Business Analyst to join our regional technology and auto-ecosystem operations in Singapore. You will bridge business strategy, digital auto-platform operations, and product analytics to drive market research, dealer and fleet optimization, and KPI dashboards.

You will collaborate with product, software, and UI/UX teams, translating business needs into technical requirements while supporting continuous improvement and executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau and Excel for data analysis and dashboarding.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of automotive retail, vehicle financing/leasing, and fleet management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Analyze automotive market trends and transaction data to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate business needs into technical product requirements and user stories.
• Map and optimize dealer management systems, fleet operations, and financing platforms.
