Job summary

RECRUIT AVENUE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Singapore Finance team. The role sits in a global MNC with manufacturing operations across APAC and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Based at Pandan Loop, you will handle reconciliations, billing issues, collections, ageing and reporting, and support audits. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of AR experience and strong analytical, Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy; CA/CPA preferred.
• 4–6 years of AR/accounting experience.
• Experience in Sales & Revenue Accounting and Credit Management.

Responsibilities

• Handle reconciliations, rebates, commissions and accruals.
• Review billing issues, claims and revenue matters.
• Manage credit limits, collections and overdue accounts.
• Prepare ageing, DSO and bad debt reports.
• Resolve customer disputes and support audits.
