Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to support a manufacturing multinational. The role covers AR, revenue matters, credit management, collections and reconciliations for a broad portfolio.

Candidates with manufacturing AR experience are preferred; you will perform intercompany reconciliations, manage credit blocks, and prepare DS0 dashboards and ageing reports for month-end closing.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable within a manufacturing environment.
• Handles AR, revenue matters, credit management, collections and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly intercompany and third-party reconciliations
• Review unbilled credit notes and blocked invoices
• Compute intercompany royalty and commission income/expenses
• Manage accruals and invoice postings for rebates
• Review rebates, commissions and core-list variances with commentary
• Ensure rebate and commission payments align with contracts
• Review and release credit blocks at order and delivery levels
• Create and maintain customer master data
• Review credit limits for new/existing customers
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare bad debt provisions and DS0 dashboards
• Provide ageing forecasts for month-end overdue positions
• Process customer refunds for exceptional cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes
• Support other AR/Credit duties as assigned
