Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced AR professional to join a regional finance team, supporting credit management, revenue recognition and accounts receivable across the APAC region. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and accuracy in financial processes.

You will handle AR activities, intercompany and third-party reconciliations, rebates, accruals and invoice postings, while resolving billing issues and supporting revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of AR / Credit Management experience.
• Hands-on AR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts receivable and credit management activities
• Perform monthly reconciliation for intercompany and third-party accounts
• Manage rebates, commissions, accruals and invoice postings
• Review and resolve billing, credit and customer account issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes
• Support revenue recognition and other finance activities
