Job summary

GMP RECRUITMENT SERVICES (S) PTE LTD is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage invoicing, reconciliations, and collections within our finance team in Singapore.

You will review AR documents, post transactions, monitor overdue accounts, and support month-end closing while contributing to process improvements and internal controls.

Strong English communication, SAP and Microsoft 365 proficiency are essential, with a degree in accounting and at least two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance.
• Accounting/Finance qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify supporting documents for AR transactions and post accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, reconciliations, and contra entries.
• Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and respond to inquiries.
• Perform AR reconciliations and month-end closing, including AR reports and ageing analysis for collections.
• Assist the Finance team in internal controls, process improvements, and ad hoc finance tasks.
